Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of the UAE Suhail bin Mohammed Al Mazrouei met with Japan's Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Ryosei Akazawa to discuss ways to enhance bilateral cooperation. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the World Future Energy Summit in Abu Dhabi. During the meeting, both sides discussed the prospects for developing existing partnerships in the fields of energy and infrastructure, as well as explored new opportunities to expand areas of joint cooperation, which serves mutual interests and promotes the sustainable development goals of both countries. Both sides emphasized the importance of building on the strong strategic relations between the UAE and Japan and deepening cooperation to support innovation and keep pace with global transformations in the energy sector.
